Official Rules and Regulations for Participants
 

OnlyLiftedTrucks.net Atlanta Lifted Truck Show is a parked event; vehicles will not be allowed to leave their display spot once they are placed until 5 PM Sunday of the event weekend.  It is for safety and insurance purposes that we require this.

Applications for vehicle selection to participate are open to worldwide lifted trucks and Jeep owners aged 18 and up.

Participants must apply at OnlyLiftedTrucks.net to be considered to be in the show, and we have created a two-step process.

*For the 2023 Atlanta truck show, the first 300 applicants with qualifying vehicles for each category that apply AND pay the application fee will automatically be in the event.   This special offer will never be repeated!*
 

A non-refundable $250 application fee per vehicle submission is due when you submit your vehicle for consideration.  Applications to display will be accepted on a rolling basis starting February 20, 2023.  Rolling applications mean we evaluate vehicles for participation as we receive the application.  We only have an "X" number of slots available, and once they are filled, we will close application submissions for that category.  At any time, we may be selecting to fill spaces in shows that have not yet been announced to the public.  If your vehicle has been chosen to be in our show, we will notify you by phone or email.  All participants applying will receive a pair of non-transferable event tickets, a $100 value.  We will contact you by email regarding how to claim those tickets.

Your vehicle application is good for the calendar year you applied for.  Your vehicle will be considered for all OnlyLiftedTrucks.net Lifted Truck Shows during this time.  Regardless of how many shows we do in a year; we will only select a vehicle in a lifted truck show once a calendar year.

In addition to a pair of non-transferable event tickets, all applicants will receive the following:

1 Future Listing Credit for OnlyLiftedTrucks.net with no expiration date

Listing upgrade to feature for 60 days.

A total value of $385

Applicants can use listing credit anytime for any lifted truck or Jeep you're selling.

A vehicle application does not guarantee that your vehicle will be selected to participate!

All vehicles must go forward, reverse, left, and right and operate under their power. 

Vehicles that are not able to will be disqualified and removed from the event grounds.  No Bluetooth driveshafts!

Trucks must have a minimum of 4" suspension lift and 2" suspension lift for Jeeps to consider this event.

Unless announced later, all 2023 Onlyliftedtrucks.net Lifted Truck Show(s) will use the following categories and purse payout structure.  Conversions For Sale Incorporated determines which vehicles are in the Show Truck category.

Auto dealers, wholesalers, and brokers are not permitted to have a vehicle in the show.

Any attempt to circumvent this rule will immediately disqualify and remove the vehicle and individual(s) from the event.  However, dealers can reach out to their lifted truck customers and encourage them to enter. Additionally, custom vehicle shops & commercially owned vehicles are permitted to apply.

Award Payouts

All payouts will be made to the titled owner of the winning vehicles.  Before awarding monies to the winners, Conversions For Sale Incorporated reserves the right to request proof of ownership with a top-half title certificate copy that shows the titled owner info AND the vehicle VIN.  The VIN must match the winning vehicle's VIN.  All official lists of vehicle category winners will be named by the car titled owner name.

Judging Criteria

Application Judging

Participants will make all entries for consideration to participate in our show by creating a listing on OnlyLiftedTrucks.net.  You will be required to register for a free account.  We will use the information you enter to contact you, so please put up-to-date contact information on the site registration.  Under the account type, select the "Show Vehicle" option; this will let us know that the listing is applying for show consideration.

Using your account, you will create a listing of your vehicle, and it must contain the complete vehicle VIN, as we will use this to identify individual vehicles.  Only the vehicle information will be used during our selection process, as it's all about the vehicle, not who owns it.  In the description section, this is your opportunity to sell us why your truck/Jeep.  Include all modifications, especially any custom fabrication the vehicle may have.  If applicable, please indicate if the truck has a wrap or custom paint job and if the truck has a unique story.  However, our judging is not considered concourse judging.  With the photos, use the low pixel setting on your camera before uploading them; the standard web photo size is 640x480; however, if you have larger pixel photos, you can upload them. You're allowed up to 150 photos, and we recommend a logically ordered photo presentation.  We strongly encourage you to do a short video presentation of your truck, upload it to YouTube, and copy/paste the video URL on the listing.  The listing you create is not visible on the site, so the public and others applying will not know who has submitted their vehicle for consideration.  If you start your listing and cannot finish it in one sitting, just put the word DRAFT in capitals at the end of your description section.  This will alert us to the listing being incomplete, and we will review it once the word DRAFT is removed.

Once completed, you can pay the non-refundable $250 application fee per vehicle submission with any major credit card.

Our application judging panel, a separate group of individuals from the event judges, will review the applications.

Both sets of judges will be using the same criteria, and that is:

Exterior – body, paint, graphics, wheels, tires; let us know about cosmetic blemishes.

Interior – All interior does not have to have modifications; the condition is critical.

Engine – Everything under the hood, again, does not have to have modifications; the condition is critical.

We are looking for a variety for each category: old, new, full-size, compact, and SUV.

You are allowed to have one signboard that lists modifications.  Participants cannot hand out business fliers or business cards during the event, and violators risk disqualification and removal from event grounds.

Entry and Advertising Release: In consideration of this entry, vehicle owner and spouse/guest agree to permit Conversions For Sale Incorporated and all its owned divisions the use of their names and pictures, and pictures of their vehicles for publicity, advertising, and commercial purposes (including but not limited to: newspapers, magazines, radio, and television) before, during, and after the event and do as a result of this relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event, and give permission to publish or sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs to Conversions For Sale Incorporated.  Conversions For Sale Incorporated reserves all publicity and advertising rights.

Operation: Event management reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during all OnlyLiftedTrucks.net Lifted Truck Show activities.  Open headers, "rolling coal," unnecessary tire spin, or any other reason an entrant or their vehicle, appearance, or conduct are deemed objectionable by event management; the entrant and their vehicle will be subject to eviction from the event.  This includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter, or any act or item of flawed character that the management considers objectionable to the event's well-being.  In the case of any eviction or restriction, Conversions For Sale Incorporated is not liable for refunding entry fees except at its discretion.

Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants, and spectators, by the execution of this entry form, release and discharge Conversions For Sale Incorporated, the event location, and their officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, and servant, and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of Onlyliftedtrucks.net Lifted Truck Show of and from and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and claims, from any cause whatsoever that an entrant may suffer to his person or property.  Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all the preceding entities, firms, persons, and bodies of and from all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participants assisting or cooperating with entrants and under the direction or control of entrants.  Finally, entrants agree that participation in contests, games, or activities may be limited.

Zero Weapons Policy: Atlanta Motor Speedway does not allow any firearms on their property, including pellet or BB guns.  All attendees, participants, and vehicles entering the infield track area are subject to search.  The discovery of a firearm on a person or in a vehicle could result in that individual and vehicle not being permitted inside the event.

Conversions For Sale Incorporated leadership certifies the results, and their decision is final.

By submitting my vehicle and paying the application fee, I acknowledge that I have read this form and agree to the OnlyLiftedTrucks.net Lifted Truck Show application and rules governing the event as set forth on this form and agree to observe all rules and direction of the event management.
